Enrollment Agreement:
Enrollment is a commitment for the full school year (end of August through June) and tuition and fees are set on that basis. Tuition for the whole academic year is divided into ten equal payments and is to be paid monthly, beginning August 1 and continuing through May 1. There is no payment in June. Accordingly, no refunds are made for missed school days, illness, or early withdrawal after March.
Thirty days’ notice is required for withdrawal refund. Exceptions to this policy must be requested in writing and will be decided on a case-by-case basis. Enrollment is always subject to the policies and procedures of the Montessori School of Pullman, as may be amended from time-to-time without notice.
The Montessori School of Pullman is a nonprofit organization governed by a parent board of directors. The school depends on the active support of all parents and requires that each family donate a minimum of ten hours throughout the school year to a wide variety of tasks essential to the smooth functioning of the school, or if you are unable to donate time and talents, please make a donation of $135 instead.
New Students Only: I am sending a $100 non-refundable application fee to place my child on the waiting list. When I am notified that a spot is available, my child will be invited in for a visit day and parent conversation. Once a space is offered, I will pay a non-refundable deposit of $80 for half-day or $130 for school/extended-day Montessori to secure the place (see below).
Students who have already paid the application fee: I am enclosing a non-refundable deposit of $80 for 3- or 5-hour or $130 for school/extended-day Montessori to secure my child’s place. This deposit will be applied to my first tuition payment.
For returning students- Check here if you would like to pay the deposit in June
All Students: A licensing fee per child of $15 for 3-5 hour, and $30 for school/extended day to cover licensing, insurance and other administrative costs is made with the first tuition payment in August.
