The policy making body of the school is the Board of Directors, who are elected from a pool of voters consisting of all parents or guardians of children currently enrolled at the school, as set forth more fully in the Bylaws.

The Board oversees the business of the corporation and votes on policy decisions. The Board responsibilities include – but are not limited to – overseeing the annual budget, setting tuition, assisting with fundraising, goal setting and long range planning.
