Our Board members meet once a month. All board meetings are open to the public.
Forms
These forms are required by the Montessori School of Pullman and Washington State Department of Children, Youth and Family Services to be signed by a parent or guardian and placed in each child’s file at the time your child enters our school.
Master Form Packets
Each packet contains all of the required forms in a single PDF file. Physical copies are available, if needed, in the Office, Room 112.

New Student Required Forms
These are additional forms required for new students. Current families are welcome to review and update them as needed.
Enrollment Forms
Enrollment forms can be submitted electronically, from the Enrollment and Summer School page on our website, or dropped off at the Office, Room 112. If we are not in the office, please place your enrollment form in the black, lock-box outside of the office.
Summer School Specific
The following forms are required to be in your child's file by the first day of Summer School. The Summer School Enrollment Form can be submitted electronically from the Summer School page on our website. Physical copies will also be available on the first day of summer school.
